Return procedure

In case of incorrectly delivered products, you should contact our Sales department as soon as possible using the form below or via telephone number +31 85-2736575. Incidentally, it is not possible to return products that have been ordered incorrectly.

Return procedure for incorrectly delivered products:

  • A delivered order must be checked immediately upon receipt.
  • Hereby the customer must check whether the delivered goods comply with the agreement:          
    - Have the right products been delivered?          
    - Has the correct quantity been delivered?          
    - Is there any visible (transport) damage?          
    - Do the products supplied meet the requirements that may be set for normal use and / or commercial purposes.
  • Visible defects or shortages must be reported by the customer directly on the delivery note, the invoice and / or the transport document.
  • Non-visible defects must be reported by the customer to ESTG within three business days after delivery using the form below.
  • An incorrect delivery that is reported after three working days will no longer be processed.
  • Returning a product is only possible if the product is in an unopened and original packaging and is not used or damaged.
  • If products have been delivered incorrectly, ESTG is responsible for taking the product back.
